Female zombies are newly added to the game, and have only been seen in one screenshot to date. This is the best view of one, and there's another one in the same shot, but we can only see part of her backside. It's assumed that these females are just another type of
zombie, probably one at a higher level than the basic skinny male version, but that's just speculation at this point.
