You could probably compare Blood Coil to an annoying flame-looking frog. It is taken it down easily in one hit. However, there is a catch: if it attacks you (dealing pretty small damage, just like zombies) you will get a spectral attack (for a few seconds) after you kill it. If you kill the monster before it attacks you, then you can go on your way safe and sound.
