Li'l Joey is an NPC child found in Holborn Station, the first town area of Hellgate: London. Li'l Joey is precocious and his speeches are ingratiating to the point of annoyance.

Background
Li'l Joey is an amputee, and has lost his cybernetic leg to a monster (The Taint) in Tottenham Court Road, and asks you to retrieve it for him. Until then he is making do with a wooden peg leg. When you bring him back his cybernetic leg he gives you his wooden one, which can be used as an effective (Templar-only) weapon, early on.

Notes
When you return his leg his "hero worship" becomes even worse, practically slobbering on you and vowing to be your squire and serve you well. He even dubs himself "Squire Wart" at one point. His name then becomes "Wart."
Wart appears in the last station in Hellgate: London, St. Paul's Station as a flavor NPC.
Trivia
A blatant homage to Wirt, the famously-annoying child merchant of Diablo (who was found dead in ruined Tristram in Diablo II).
Li'l Joey is the brainchild of Flagship evil genius and CVO David Brevik, and from what Flux was told at E3, the rest of the crew isn't quite as pleased to have the annoying little guy in the game as Dave is.
