For a section heading, i.e. Electric, Fire, etc. or Leg, Head, Torso subgroup:

For an individual unique, includes both defensive and attack info, delete whatever stuff isn't needed (commonly MODIFICATIONS and INHERENT ATTRIBUTES, and either DAMAGE or DEFENSE). Generally, fill in data exactly as the item reads (the screenshot open in another window is helpful). Most items have ranges for several of their SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES and stat-feeds. These ranges are indicated with dashes (-)... i.e.: Power Regeneration: +40-45/s. Details are generally copied word-for-word from screenshots of the sort in the examples on this page.

When uploading screenshots, it is helpful to note the game version it is from. For example, with patch .7, FSS reduced the stat feed requirements on most items, and so uniques from pre.7 have higher stat requirements. We want to have the wiki updated with the numbers from the current patch.
