Proposed new boilerplate for Quests. The aim being that contributors just copy/paste the body (below the line) to the new Quest page and fill in the gaps.

Split up the dialogue between the objectives with list items. Add name for every dialogue window, and make sure it is correct to what NPC is talking. DELETE THIS LINE
