You are quite right. The reason why it is like that is that it is data that comes from before the patch. As all old versions are saved, anyone should feel free to just update the sections to fit in post-release conditions! It isn't written as a blog either, it is a quote from the mega report from Flux on the community day, and is treated as a quote in the article. The quote should perhaps go though...
