should this really be considered a station/town because it has "station" in the name and it has 1 quest giver? It has virtually nothing that makes a station a station, IE: waypoint, vender, storage etc etc

Well, it is an old station, that once upon a time used to belong to humans. I denoted overrun stations as italic style in the town navbox to separate them. check out Green Park Station and [Mark Lane Station] on the navbox.
