We called these guys "Four Arms" as a placeholder name, for obvious reasons. Their real name is apparently "Master Fiend," or at least that's what's written on a render of the four subtypes displayed on the wall at Flagship Studios. Whether that's the name they go by in the final game is unknown.

Subtypes: Master Fiend, Rot Blade, Burning Prince, Hellmaster
Special: Unknown. Only attacks with swords in upper arms.

These guys are basically melee fighters with swords. They only hold swords in their upper arms, and their lower arms have not yet been seen doing anything. Whether there's a reason for this beyond poor animation or a change in monster function after the design was finalized is unknown.
