This weapon has been seen in various screenshots, but none recently, and the name is a placeholder. It appears to work like a flame thrower with poison. This might just be an early graphic for the Viral Lance, but the poison spray looks different as well as the gun graphics. If this is a different weapon and it's still in the game, you've got to wonder why, if its function overlaps the Viral Lance so much.
