It's been seen in a few screenshots, but never while being fired, so we've got no idea what it shoots, or whether it might be one of the rifles we know by their name and function, but not appearance.

We're not positive on the weapon ID, but the rifle in this shot looks very much like the Orange Tube Rifle. If so, it seems to fire some kind of spectral spray, like a flame thrower.
