Oculis, the All Seeing

We're calling this flying bug-thing the Boil Queen just to have something to call it until we learn a real name. It appears to be some sort of giant, flying, egg-laying demon, but it's hard to say from still photos. Judging by all of the boils around it, the (entirely guesswork) theory is that this scarab-like beetle flies around and lays eggs that turn into boils, and you must follow the trail of the quivering flesh boils to find the Boil Queen, and destroy her/him/it.

The Boil Queen doesn't have any visible mechanism of attack, but there's a dead Templar in one of the shots of her battle scene, so she's obviously got some tricks up her pulsating, red-veined, disturbingly-vaginal sleeve.
