This is the skills of the Marksman.

General Note

Keep in mind that many non-percentile values actually scale to the player's level. For example, at player level one, the skill level one Explosive Grenade may deal 19-22, but when player is level ten, the same level one grenade may do 40~44 damage instead. The same scaling effect goes for the rest of the nine skill levels. If level two grenade do 23~26 damage when player is level one, it may do 45~46 damage when player is level ten, etc.

Patch 1.2

Upon the release of Patch 1.2 the marksman class was heavily reworked for balancing issues. The most notable changes came to the skills Ricochet, Reflected Shot, and Homing Shot. Reactions were mixed when the patch hit live servers and many have claimed their marksman to be "useless", although this is likely an exaggeration. Upon the release of patch 1.2, all Hunters were given a Skill Retrainer as to redistribute their skill points, allowing them to deviate away from their previous builds if they didn't like the newly modified skills.

TOGGLED SKILL:
Activating this skill puts the Marksman in Sniper mode, decreasing movement speed by 50%. Deactivating the skill allows the Marksman to rise and cancels this stance.
Notes: Range increased by X%.
Missile Velocity increased by Y%.
Firing Accuracy increased by 50 (this number does not appear to scale with player level).

Description: Whenever the Marksman assumes Tactical Stance, his armor automatically uses stored kinetic energy to greatly increase personal shielding. Only active while in Tactical stance.
Notes: Adds X to maximum shields. Also fills up shields by X amount, so if the Marksman have less than full shields when standing and uses Tactical stance, he will probably have full shields when he continues to move again after this bonus shield have been activated. This does not work when the Marksman have zero shields to begin with.

Extra note: As of patch 0, this skill does not give you a free 100% shield recharge like Evoker's shield ability does (at least it doesnt when you get a +1 Overshield skill effect from an item).

Notes: This skill seems to make enemies stop attacking you 100% of the time though it does not prevent further damage from AoE, status effect, or incoming projectiles, but recieving damage while cloaked does not break the cloaking effect. Also, this skill does not work against other players and their pets.

*: There is no known limitation on the range, but the fuse runs out at about 40m when the grenade is thrown with an optimum angle to hit a distant ground target.
