Locust Hive
From Hellgatewiki.com
The Locust Hive is a rifle weapon that's full of mecha-locust egg sacs. When the weapon is fired hundreds of locusts fly forth, swarming and poisoning any nearby enemies. The insects do not live for very long (or else one of these could rid London of it's demons), and they can not fly very far, but they combine to deal steady, if unspectacular damage to anything in range.Name: Locust Hive*See screenshots of the Locust Hive in the image gallery.
Type: Rifle weapon
Damage Type: Poison direct.
Max Mod Slots: Unknown
Firing Rate: The Locust Hive has an 8-10 second cool down time.
Locusts fly back towards their hive as their lives run out, so expect most of the swarm to head right at you after a few seconds.
"We've also got these weird genetically engineered locusts that swarm on monsters and eat away at them. The locusts have a life cycle, so they'll home onto a monster, kill it, move to the next monster, and keep going until they die. -- The locust weapon, for instance, is quite slow-acting, so it's good to use that to drop a demon's defences and team it with a rapid fire weapon that will finish them off."

This gun is in the game; what it will be called remains to be seen.
Right now that weapon is being called the Locust Hive or Assassin Bug Hive. Keep in mind the names change regularly.
