Background
Before settling comfortably into the role of Covent Garden caretaker, Julianne lived a peaceful life.
Psych Mon. believes Julianne's impeccable bedside manner resulted from years spent in a convent. However, her motherly nature is more likely a permanent side-effect manifested after successfully raising seven mischievous children with the use of uplifting song.

- Medics have no actual use in Multi-Player mode, as the player is healed completely when they enter the station. However, in Single Player, they are the only way to heal your character in a station, and must be interacted with.

- Julianne Drew is a play on the name of the English Actress Julie Andrews.
Flagship makes this very clear when you talk to her. Additionally, the comments in her description/background specifically relate to the role she performed in the musical The Sound of Music as Maria.
