Ilvl

"ilvl" is short for "Item Level", and is the level of your equipment. A player usually requires a Character Level almost as high as the ilvl to use the item. The later in the game the item is found, the higher the item level. Mods can only be applied to items within their item level range (eg, a mod might require an item between level 10 and level 15, so a item with an ilvl of 12 would be compatable, but 16 or 9, not.
