Holy Mace

This weapon has only been seen in this one photo of a monitor from a game show. It's obviously some kind of mace or scepter, but it's not been seen in a screenshot or discussed by Flagship, so we've got nothing else to go on, at this point. Flagship has long said there would be melee weapons other than swords, but besides the Cricket Bat (and the bizarre Weed Whacker) this and the Prong Mace are all we've seen.

This item was the display weapon on the Guardian creation screen during the Community Day 2007 build. (See the Character Creation page for more details.) And it looked awesome; it's like a solid metal bat with glowing light bumpers stuck all around it; they look a bit like the protruding, positional hovercraft jets on one of the ships in the Matrix, if that makes any sense.
