Health injector is basically a Health Potion from the regular RPG games. They come in different qualities, where the first one you get at low levels are called "Basic Health Injector." As of the beta, all health injectors and powerpacks have a repeated use delay. Similar to a casting delay, after you use a health injector, you must wait 10 seconds before using another one. Basic health injectors drop from monsters at any level, but primarily for the first 9-10 levels. After this point medium health injectors drop primarily from monsters.
