NPC quest-giver in Oxford Circus Station.
Goodall is a Hunter who is very involved in (more like obsessed with, amirite?) her work. She claims to enjoy nothing more than camping in a dungeon for days at a time waiting for the big, fat kill. High-priority targets and the like. Through the quest text, she has an odd relationship with Jons from Monument Station in that she has him lure monsters to her so she can kill them, and Jons pines after her with an odd submissive lust. Poor Jons usually gets maimed and, if the hunt doesn't go perfectly smooth, gets the brunt of Goodall's temper.
