This large Gatekeeper Greater Demon, Primus, found in a Hell mini-level midway through Act One. He guards the Falkes Device and must be killed to retrieve the device and plant the bomb, as part an early quest.

It appears as a normal Gatekeeper when first seen, but he has the ability to suddenly grow to a tremendous size, towering as high as a four-story building. Fortunately his damage does not increase commensurately, and he can still be slain by hacking at his ankles. Like all Greater Demons, this Gatekeeper drops multiple items.
