Background
The indefinable mass of grease and tattoos known as Bodger's body betrays the fellow's repair genius.
Bodger has a primitive and powerful understanding of mechanical function. That is, he's capable of lathering just about anything up with enough oil and gumption to get it into a working state, regardless of whether or not all necessary pieces to said thing are actually present.

Notes
- Pre-release info: Bodger is an NPC tinkerer found in Covent Garden Station. Bodger buys and sells items, as well as giving out the occasional minor quest. He's been described as an "armless arms dealer," for reasons that soon become clear.
Bodger figures in an early quest, since when you first meet him in town he looks like he does on the left, and then when you return from some early adventuring there's been a demon raid on the town, and Bodger's... never going to need a pair of gloves again.
Bill Roper is providing the voice of Bodger.
