Blade minion.

These are the formidable front-line fighters in the demon army. Their forearms have been augmented with massive spikes, allowing them to punch through the thickest mundane armor with ease. They are incredibly strong, delivering a crushing, crippling blow with each swing of their massive arms.

Blade minions were profiled in the Evolution of a Minion feature.

The leather straps on their shoulders are said to be used to tether lesser demons, but if they're actually going to be used for that purpose in the game, it's never been seen in action.

We've also never seen any minions besides Shock Minion and Blade Minion and at this point it seems pretty unlikely that there are any other types.
