Bedlam likes to hit you with phase attacks when you get close. if you have the option to use ranged weapons (hunter) you can walk up to where you barely get into range and keep firing. he does not chase after you, and you can pick off his minions as they come at you in small groups. My rocket bot was able to take the flying ones out before they got close enough to engage me.
